Faulty item

We carefully curate all of the items found in Style Curator Store and aim to always represent and dispatch quality products.

If you believe the item you received is faulty, please contact us at store@stylecurator.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your order number, name and address, and as many details as possible about the product and its fault.

Please advise us of any faults within 7 days of receipt the item, to allow us to resolve the matter quickly by arranging exchange, repair or refund.

Wrong item

If you received an item other than what you originally ordered, please contact us immediately at store@stylecurator.com.au quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product ordered, and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind so please consider your purchase before finalising your order.
